Rick Lacey, a Broker Associate at Hart to Hart Real Estate, lives in Viera and is active in various organizations including the Knights of Columbus and heads the Pro Life Ministry at St. John the Evangelist. Rick graduated from Villanova University where he received both a Bachelors and Masters Degree.
Dave was raised as a Navy brat and grew up along the Eastern Seaboard. Graduated with a degree in Electronic Engineering and built a 41 year career in high tech engineering, manufacturing, management and consulting based in New England. Dave became a Florida resident in 2017 and became active in politics in 2021. He is currently a member of the Brevard Republicans, is the District 5 Chair and the Chair of the Social Media committee. Dave enjoys spending time with family, doing volunteer work, is an avid Pickleball player, and is blessed to be a resident of Brevard County.
Wayne Twiddy, a Brevard County resident since 1988, has had a remarkable career in engineering and advocacy. At Harris Corporation, he designed advanced antennas for satellites and military aircraft, later excelling as a Technical Sales Engineer with AT&T Business Services, delivering innovative data communication solutions across Florida. Influenced by his upbringing on military bases and his father's 22-year Air Force career, Wayne's patriotic spirit fuels his commitment to election integrity. Now retired, he serves on Brevard's REC as the Secretary. A devoted husband to Angela and father to Paige and Taylor, Wayne strives to safeguard freedoms for future generations.
Randy is a Software Engineer with 45 years of experience in both government software development and semiconductor design. He is among the first credentialed software engineers in Florida, holding a BSCE degree from the University of Florida, class of '80. Randy was raised in Florida, where his family has lived since it was part of Spain. He moved to Brevard in 1980, married his college sweetheart, and raised three adult taxpayers. He was highly active in his children’s education, taking on leadership roles in various parent organizations and coaching youth sports teams. For nearly four years, he has served as the committeeman for District 505 and has participated in several BREC committees.
Randy Fine is the State Senator serving the 19th District of Florida, encompassing most of Brevard County. Prior to being elected to the Senate in November of 2024, Randy spent eight years a member of the Florida House of Representatives for Brevard County. A Presidential Elector for President Trump in the Electoral College in both 2020 and 2024, Randy served on the Republican Party of Florida Executive Committee for more than six years before becoming Brevard’s elected State Committeeman as a House Appointee of all four Speakers he served under. Randy received his undergraduate degree in Government, magna cum laude, from Harvard College, and his MBA, with high honors, from Harvard Business School.
Marie Rogerson is a lifelong Republican dedicated to bringing truth to light, empowering conservatives, and ensuring the party reflects We The People. She has nearly a decade of experience in campaigns and executive leadership. Marie developed programs to help Americans study the Constitution, lobby their legislators, and run for office. The free Campaign Kit she created has helped more than 400 grassroots candidates run for office. She helped found the largest parental rights movement in history, made more than 1 million voter contacts, and trained thousands of activists nationwide. Marie's work earned her a public thank you from President Trump.
