Rick Lacey, a Broker Associate at Hart to Hart Real Estate, lives in Viera and is active in various organizations including the Knights of Columbus and heads the Pro Life Ministry at St. John the Evangelist. Rick graduated from Villanova University where he received both a Bachelors and Masters  Degree. 

Cindy came to Brevard in 1970 where she attended Satellite High School. She went on to graduate from the University of Florida and Webster University.  She has worked in the Aerospace and Defense sectors as an Electrical Engineer. Cindy is a proud, life-long Republican.

Paul was involved with the Orangetown Republican Party prior to moving to Brevard. He is a retired Executive Vice President for a large not-for-profit corporation which provides a wide range of services to developmentally disabled adults. Paul has a Master in Public Administration degree from CUNY Baruch School of Public Administration.

Sharon brings a wealth of financial experience to BREC as an Independent Financial Planner and Insurance Agent for the last 20+ years.  Sharon holds a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY, Empire State, in Business Administration and Human Resources Management. She received her Certification in Financial Planning from Nova Southeastern University’s, School of Business and Entrepreneurship in Davie, Florida.

Greg served an impressive 21-year active duty Air Force plus an additional 20-year career in the Air/Space Force. He has served our nation with honor and dedication. He has been a precinct committeeman with the Brevard Republican Executive Committee since 2018 and the State Committeeman since 2024. Has been directly involved with all elections since 2018 where he worked early voting tents and helped register voters at many venues. 

Kim Adkinson is a Senior Insurance Agent  at Bankers Life.  She is a Republican Committeewoman in Precinct 305. She moved to Brevard County in 1976. Kim graduated from Melbourne High School and The Ohio State University where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.  Kim  lived in the UK which gave her a unique perspective on American culture and confirmed for her the need to keep America conservative. Since joining the Republican Executive Committee she has helped to get many of our current officials elected.
