Kim Osburn
District 1 Chair

Kim came to Brevard County in 1978.  She attended public schools and graduated from Rockledge High. She traveled for a few years before moving back to Brevard County where she resides in Port St John. She currently works as a personal lines insurance agent. Kim is married and enjoys her down time with her husband and their new puppy.

John Weiler
District 2 Chair

John is a PE, and an LSU Nuclear Engineer Graduate.  He has lived in Brevard District 2 since 1986, Lifelong Patriot Republican, recipient of RLC 2021 Jefferson Cup award, prior BREC Vice chair, Trump Merritt Island HQ Chairman, 2018 Lincoln Reagan Dinner Chair with Gov DeSantis keynote speaker, RLC State Director, retired Corp Executive dedicated to saving the Republic!

Kathy Meehan
District 3 Chair

Kathy served 2 terms as the Mayor of the City of Melbourne.  She also served as a long time Councilwoman for District 3 in the City of Melbourne. Currently she is working as Manager of Meehans’ Office and Art Products which is a family veteran owned business located in the heart of Historic Downtown Melbourne. She and her husband are active members of Community Chapel in Melbourne Beach.

Xiaoqi Wang
District 4 Chair

Xiaoqi is the proud of mother of 2 and holds a degree in Computer Science along with an MBA.  She says President Trump opened her eyes to politics; she believes in American democracy and in grassroots movements. Since 2016 Xiaoqi has dedicated her time to helping get Republicans elected and strengthening our local Republican Party.

David Fosdick
District 5 Chair

Dave was raised as a Navy brat and grew up along the Eastern Seaboard.  With a degree in Electronic Engineering from New Hampshire Technical Institute he pursued a career in high tech management and consulting.  Upon retirement, Dave snow birded for 3 years before becoming a full time Floridian. Dave enjoys spending time with family, doing volunteer work, is an avid Pickleball player and really enjoys living with so many liked minded conservatives.
