Meeting with Floridians
  • Senator Rubio visited the Williamson Cattle Company in Okeechobee where he held a roundtable discussion with Okeechobee County ranchers and cattlemen on issues they’re facing. 

  • Senator Rubio toured BRIDG/SkyWater Technology in NeoCity. He held a roundtable discussion on supply chains, semiconductors, and ending manufacturing reliance on China. 

  • Senator Rubio held a roundtable discussion at Southern Manufacturing Technologies in Tampa where he discussed challenges impacting the manufacturing industry. 

Veterans Bill Finally Becomes Law 
  • After two years of bipartisan effort, legislation written by Senator Rubio and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) to help veterans exposed to burn pits and other toxins was finally signed into law by President Joe Biden.  

Protecting Florida’s Citrus Industry
  • After Senator Rubio sent a letter to Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack in December 2021, the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced it would enforce juice content maturity requirements on imported grapefruits. This decision will help protect Florida’s grapefruit growers. 

Democrat Spend-a-rama
  • On the Senate floor, Senator Rubio called out the Democrats’ $749 billion climate and tax bill for hurting working Americans and benefitting China.  

Exposing the CCP  
  • Senator Rubio launched a new social media campaign to fight back against the Chinese Communist Party’s false narrative and expose its true ambitions. 

Championing American Families
  • The American Principles Project released a report titled “Top 25 Threats to the American Family” beginning with aletter from Senator Rubio. 

Addressing the Growing Al-Qaeda Threat
  • Senator Rubio wrote in The Hill on the growing threat of Al-Qaeda in Africa and how the United States and its allies must remain vigilant against it.  

Defending Plan to Lower Insulin Costs  
  • Senator Rubio wrote in the Washington Times how the hypocritical Democrats blocked a Republican amendment to provide insulin at $10 per prescription to low-income and uninsured Americans in the $749 billion climate and tax bill.  

  • Following the unprecedented raid on former President Trump’s residence in Palm Beach, Florida, Senator Rubio sent a letter to Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Christopher Wray demanding an explanation for his agency’s actions. 

  • Senator Rubio sent a letter to Scott Nathan, Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, and Samantha Power, Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development, urging action to counteract the looming hunger crisis sparked by Vladimir Putin’s war in Ukraine.
