When Michael Steele was running for the Chair of the RNC, I was very impressed. In fact, I believed that I could vote for him as President if he decided to run for that office. However, he has been a major disappointment in his attitude regarding Charlie Cris, etct. I am a very conservative Republican who will NOT vote for Charlie Crist for the Senate seat. If he is the Republican candidate on the ballot, and, if the Democrat candidate is too liberal, I will not cast a vote for that seat. I have heard people talking about the sad state of affairs of the Republican Party and the fact that we currently have no leader. Maybe if republicans started acting like republicans, the party could make a difference. But, when the RNC and the Brevard County REC support people like Crist, that is the only explanation I need to let me know just what the problem is with the republican party,. I talk to other people who are also disillusioned by the current party. Maybe it is time that someone in the local, state, and national organizations start listening to us.
